I've used another brand of guitar strings since 1985 and tried to use their bass string as well as they are easy to find. However I always come back to the Rotosound, they are truly the best bass strings made IMHO. If you haven't tried these, pick up a pair, they really cut through the mix better than other strings, sing out well and don't deadened quickly.
