"Suite Deal" by Alice Devine is the best and most comprehensive book on real estate I have ever read. It offers a well-written description and explanation of all critical elements of commercial real estate while at the same time giving much worldly wisdom about the people side of the business that only a seasoned professional could know. This should be required reading for all ambitious people going into real estate and is also valuable for those who have been in the game for a few years. Devine's book is the equivalent of an excellent real estate course in Business School, delivered by a wise and experienced professor. I have assigned it to all of my employees to read.
