As only the second book that I've had a chance to fully read in probably 7 or 8 months, this was a real treat. I especially liked the specific insightful examples demonstrating the concepts and theories presented. The sections describing the role public servants can have utilizing current technologies were even inspirational. It is one of those books that not only starts out good, but remains hard to put down until fully read.
