It was very hard to get customer service from the company. The first scale had apparently been damaged during shipment and would not work. When we finally were able to get through to tech support at the company, they determined it was defective and replaced it at no charge. Now we have a nice working scale!Works greatThe scale arrived sooner than expected with good package on to protect. It’s very easy to use and accurate. My big buddy Jack likes it and I tried to measure his weight once the scale arrived which is funny, and the result turns out pretty accurate.Great scaleBought this for farm use with weighing finished lambs. User manual is difficult to see/read/understand.Bought this specifically for the “peak/hold” function and can’t get it to operate correctly.Pics are of the manual and what my indicator actually looks like, you’ll notice my unit has no “ calibration/setup switch”.I called PEC to address the issue, they sent me to a voicemail.
