This is a very nice item for work as a STEM coordinator! Picture doesn't do it justice. I bought XL. It's true to size. I wear typically a size 14 (broad shoulders 42C bust and large arms). It is super flattering a clean looking. I have it on over a medium weight 3/4 length sleeve ribbed knit top and it's still loose.One word: pockets! My phone can fit in the pockets, I love that. Definitely a keeper!Laundering instructions are machine wash cold and tumble dry low, iron if needed. I do not iron. That's not happening! But, it appeared to be pretty wrinkle resistant as it came out of the package wrinkle-free. Hanging it up while it's still damp, will hopefully do the trick. I am going to re-order this item in a large instead of an XL, because I don't plan to wear anything under it – I tend to get hot at work as I am very active setting up equipment. There is a decent amount amount of stretch to the material so it is comfortable.
