I ordered xs and these fit perfect. They actually are comfy. The stretch in them allows for a more form fit as well as less to little wrinkling from the get go. Length is good as I am 5'4 but my scrub shoes add an inch or two. Bought 3 pairs as this color mixes well with many tops. I would have given 5 stars but no cargo pocket which would of been an added bonus for me. Good value and reputable brand.I expected these to be a bit more form fitting but they seem big to me. I have always worn MED scrubs but I think I may need to try smalls. still good quality though.Fits larger than expected even with XS.Very comfortable. Just had to hem them a bit because my legs are short. They look great!When I first wore them they felt good. After a few hours I started feeling them hitch on my legs. I might wash them and try them again though. I like the way they fit.
