These phones do not work with 3CX very well, or at all really. With other Vendors such as Polycom, Yealink, and HTEK that I've used, they've all been plug and play with 3CX.Meaning, I can provision an extension in 3CX with the MAC address of the phone I'm going to deploy, and when I plug that phone into the LAN, it autoprovisions itself and they're ready to go.These phones didn't work at all.In order for these to plug and play, I had to enable LLDP on the phone itself from the web UI, and also enable LLDP on the switch that they're connected to (Cisco uses CDP by default, so I had to enable LLDP as well). The phones lost their configuration constantly and couldn't remain provisioned for the life of them.I bought these as they are one of two phones that support video, and I'm tying them into our network to view a security door camera as calls come in.The other option is the old tried and true Polycom VVX600, which I will now be purchasing to replace these pieces of trash.Unfortunate that 3CX even supports these, that is a disgrace.
