My Scale Master Pro XE had been in the box for years. I needed it the other day and upon opening, found the wheel broken. I don't think I did it. Might have been in there like that forever. Looked it up online to see if it was available. It was there from several sources and the best price was, as usual, Amazon. $10 and free shipping. I got it in one day, changed the batteries and installed the wheel easily per included instructions. Now it works perfectly.
