I use a lot of recipes which call for weight, not volume. I used to look up a conversion, but I wasnʼt always happy with the results.When a recipe calls for weight, the finished product is better than any conversion when it is weighed. Who knew?This is easily stored, easily cleaned, and as far as I am concerned, much better than eye balling my need.Worked great for about half a dz uses now this is all we get. Even put new batteries in it. Super disappointingI do a lot of eBay and this scale can handle 20-something pounds.I also use it for food; weight watchers.packed good.works great . looks Great too. would buy again.It was working great until I dropped a 20lbs dumbbell on it.
