I should've read the reviews more carefully because mine did not work either. I charged it even though it did not come with a charger which was bizarre. The light was on while it was charging, so I know it was charging, but it would not turn on...the directions were basically useless and the product support was a paragraph telling you what to do instead of being able to talk to somebody which again, is useless waste of money.
