Plants grew quicker than the ones in the ground. Here in NE, we had a blizzard on Oct 4 that wreaked havoc on our trees and gardens. Weren't able to get garden ready, so tried container gardening and am going to continue containers next year, and using fabric pots only. Used some pots I had around and all new ones are fabric. The difference between the two types of pots is amazing, and the hype is true. I will only use fabric pots from now on. I have so many salad tomatoes, I don't know what to do with them. I surrounded the pot with old tomato cages, and as a result they have produced so many tomatoes and they look like at least 3 or 4 tomatoes, and produce that way too! Headquarters in the pot, and branches and tomatoes everywhere!
