Llego muy bien aunque sus velocidades al parecer son las mismas no cambiaHave used to make various kinds of fruit etc smoothies 4 times, and it does a good job. Need to make sure the bottom is screwed on very tight, though -- first time it leaked through (even tho sure it was on tight initially, but the vibration may have loosened it, so need to check part-way thru blending).Also, there's a burning smell that's coming from the bottom of blended where it's black plastic.. the small round metal (lower part of square drive shaft) is rubbing against that black plastic -- so think the blender bottom/hole wasn't cut quite large enough.. there are bits of that black plastic at bottom each time after removing the handle part/container and you can smell the burnt plastic.. this may be why I got such a great deal (~$17) for this blender as 'like new' from Amazon.Overall, seems very good and the glass container is very solid/heavy.This is the best blender I have used for making smoothies. I've always had an Oster but not one that was suited for blending smoothies & frozen smoothies. With my 2 previous Oster Blenders, I was constantly replacing the blades, guts, bottom screw on caps, etc. When I would blend my smoothies with the old Osters it would take forever to get it to blend all of the ingredients.This new Oster has super powers!!! You put all of your frozen fruits, nuts in the bottom with your protein powder, your spinach, etc on top of that...press the "Frozen Smoothie" button & voila, it's ready in no time. No fooling with all of the buttons & opening the lid to push down your ingredients. Love this blender!!!I needed a simple blender, not an $800 ninja fruitinator. My last Oster lasted 15+ years. But the attachment doesn't seat well, and the power doesn't connect with the blades reliably. When it does, there isn't enough power or spin to move the contents of the cup, even if it is just liquid. The "feature" ratings are: "easy to clean"- um, sure, as easy as any blender, watch your fingers and tools... "value for money" - well no, it doesn't blend, so no matter how cheap or costy it was, it isn't a value... and "sturdiness" - it makes a super sturdy paperweight or door stop, and keeps sheet pans from sliding off the shelf.. so sure?I use it primarily for fruit smoothies (has a setting specifically for that). Sounds like a prop plane taking off and seems like it might spin itself off the base. I use a lower setting now.it was rated great for ice by Consumer Reports, but the glass blender part does not seat well on the base and my smoothies kept leaking out the base of the blender--a mess.Purchased it for Indian cooking...serves the purpose..need to do add water and do some pushing around for the blender to make Indian dishesMy kitchen is decorated in red & gold decor & this is perfect color & does all it reads it will do. I love it & the price is great too!! It was packed perfect & all 10 buttons work. I like it because I just have to push a different button to do different things & not have to change blades!! I reside full time in a large RV & all my kitchen appliances are red color!! The red color all match & I get lots of compliments from it!!Tuve que pedir mi devolución, la cual me fue reintegrada a la brevedad y al 100%, como servicio al cliente no tengo ninguna queja, pero el producto fallo totalmente. Tenemos una igual desde hace 10 años y funciona perfecto por lo que asumimos era lo mismo y definitivamente no. Hace un ruido infernal y no muele, deja trozos en cualquiera de sus velocidades.Siempre he tenido Oster, desde niño en casa, esta me decepcionó, el seguro de la tapa no sirve, el centro de la tapa del vaso se cayó funcionando y obviamente se rompió, la potencia deja mucho que desear, materiales baratos y de bajísima calidad, en velocidades bajas vibra horrible, no la regrese por que es un artículo de primerísima necesidad. Lo único de excelente calidad es el vaso de vidrio.Al principio no tenía ningún problema, pero después de casi dos meses el vaso ya no queda sujeto correctamente, se desgastó la base y queda flojo, se tiene que sujetar el vaso mientras está funcionando.Por el precio es genial.Funciona bien y tiene muchas velocidades, lo cual da oportunidad de seleccionar el acabado final deseado.Con hielo tritura muy bien, pero no excelente. El vaso de vidrio es muy resistente.El único detalle es que es muy ruidosa.Aún así estoy complacido, más de 10 meses con ella y la uso constantemente, no presenta falla alguna.No es de metal es completamente de plástico el cuerpo lo rojito tanto en el anuncio del producto como en la caja sacan cosas diferentes de lo que es el panel de control muy diferentes mando la foto para que ustedes lo comparen con lo de la caja con lo que realmente es y con lo que anuncian el vaso de vidrio es estupendo es lo único que realmente vale la calidad lo puse funcionar olio un poco quemado como plástico quemado espero que nada más sea por el principio del uso no muele Super bien pero bueno creo qué es cara para lo que es podría estar no en 700 y si en no 500 o 400 pesos pero bueno voy a ver todavía estos nueve días para ver qué tal funciona si no la regresaré eso si llegó muy pronto al día siguiente como dijo Amazon
