The quality is great and you can definitely go with your regular band size BUT, I would suggest getting a cup size down from normal, it fits well but for me personally it is a little frumpy at the top of the bra, but I do think that if I went a cup size down I wouldn't have that issue and would fill out the cup better, overall a great bra though and very comfortable!
