The ring disconnects all the time and then the information is not tracked. You have no notice that it isn’t connected until you go into the app and can’t access any information. To reconnect, I had connect it to the battery as it wouldn’t Bluetooth to my phone without being on the charger. Kind of clunky, if you ask me.Great idea in theory. Not carried out the best. I guess you get what you pay for. If tracking steps is a must for your health goals- maybe pay a little more for one that works more consistently.
