I love these bras because they have no extra lining, creating warmth and extra padding, but they do offer reasonable support. I am a menopausal woman and do not need anything to make me warmer or give me another cup size. The only sizing warnings I would give are that the shoulder straps do not adjust much, and there is no extra stretch going on. This is an excellent bra in the no-lining extra padding market because most are a whole lot more expensive and have a bunch of ridiculous lace, so you can't wear them under a T-shirt.
