We like our Braun blender which we have had for decades. The gasket got caught in the blender while running and was destroyed. We don't know it this was our fault or not. We were pleased to see we could buy a spare part for little money which would allow us to continue using our old blender. The part fit fine and everything seems fine. We do not use the blender a lot.
