I have this product as well as the hotsch model. I noticed that this model has a harder time chopping through the same fruits that the hotsch has absolutely no problem withAs the name suggests, it is an excellent portable blender that you can take anywhere and suits my needs for light blending such as mixing protein powder, and fruit drinks. However, it is not for dry blending with less or no water, you need to go for full power electric with changeable blades or other variants for that.I have a 12oz glass. I gave to use it twist to make my one glassIt's an excellent blender.i make smoothies and dips in it and it's very easy.It doesn't make a large quantity and doesn't make more than a couple things, before it needs charging. I charge it after use and give it a quick charge before using and that seems to help. If this is used for more than one person, I'd recommend purchasing a bigger unit,because this doesn't make a lot. But for a single person it's perfect.I really like this little mixer, but the plug cover broke off after a week of use, and 2 charges. It is very flimsy and a poor design for a plug cover. The mixer is great though. I had a no hassle return and replacement so I am hopeful the new mixer plug cover will not break this time. I was very careful with the first one, but it just snapped off. Very poor design on the cover.Awesome blender. I use it daily. I do try to make sure the fruit is small. I buy frozen strawberries and usually cut them in half. I use spinach , kale bananas, and other fruits and I’ve never had an issue. If it’s not working it may need to be charged or shaken up to move some things aroundIt works totally great but the design flaw for me was that the top is not flat. I use it for travel and do not pour the blended contents into a cup or glass to drink. It can stand up but it wobbles, so I prop it up against something. I may buy a different blender with a flat top for my next trip so I don't have to worry about it toppling over in my hotel room.I was exited to get this portable smoothly maker, but reality is not so great. It has difficulty with large cubes of fruits (don't event attempt to use frozen pieces), you have to charge it after every use as well. Few times I had to plug it in, while it stopped in the middle of smoothing. Guess, I should spend more on a better quality one.DON'T BOTHER BUYING THIS PRODUCT. I bought this for my teenage daughter who makes smoothies. She said it only works for 3 seconds at a time after charging. She was obviously unaware of the 30 day return period and told me 2 days after the return period expired. Awful product. I will inform Amazon that it is not of satisfactory quality.It’s very handy and pleasant I am getting a second one! I used it with strawberries, bananas and kefir it’s ideal. Later I tried blueberry, milk, syrup, porridge and avocado. Beautiful and healthy. I shook it a bit while it’s bleeding. It automatically stops every 30 seconds if you want you can do another 30 seconds. For cleaning, I think if it very light soiled, you can simply run 5 seconds in clean water or repeat it several times (can use a drip of detergent in the first time). If it’s heavily soiled with pastes, you can rinse it with a bit water then take all parts down and run them under water but be a bit careful for the base. When you put them back on, be sure you press it down a bit to seal. I tried to press the button by the blades inside but it doesn’t run the blades like the one review said it’s dangerous, it’s very safe, maybe this is a new model, which is great! I don’t know how long the battery is going to last but I love it so far, getting a second one so our family can always enjoy it.Wanted a change to my diet, something small, portable and easy to use, so I can fit it easily into my bag when I go on holiday. I've used this a couple of times to do smoothies, adding bits to it as I go along. You can fit a lot in this, turn it off after a few seconds then turn back on, it works well so far. The drink froths up beautifully which is what I loved when I was a kid. Would recommend.Bought this last year for when I’m on the go. Have only used it about 5 times because it’s so small. Now it won’t turn on or work, I’ve tried charging it for hours and still nothing!Very disappointed as I had given it to my mum to use as I wasn’t using it, she only made one smoothie before it stopped working.Avoid!!
