I have not had a personal scale for over 20 years and decided to purchase one because I have lost 100 pounds and the only time that I get weighed is when I go in for a check up with my doctor. I looked at a lot of scales before I chose this one and I am so very pleased with this one! I love all of the features and I love the app too! The app tells me my weight, body water %, body fat %, bone mass %, BMI, visceral fat %, BMR and muscle mass alone with where these things are as far as being on a health scale. For instance it shows me where my body fat % is as far as lean, healthy, chubby or over weight and it gives you information about where I am at and how much I gained or lost since my last weigh in and some suggestions as to improve things.You can use it on the metric system or not.This scale's app also has a Baby Mode so if you become an expectant Mother then it can give you information about your weight during your pregnancy!I very highly recommend this scale and app!i haven’t had it for very long, but for the little time that i have been using it, i find it very helpful!#1 it’s a great price#2 it’s bluetooth capable and tell you so many stats about your body weight that i found helpful such as: bmi, muscle mass, water, and fat. it also gives you scales telling you if you are “below average, average, or over” but in different wording than that. i found that part very helpful too.... i’m not sure about the accuracy, i think it’s been right so far, but i really have no way to compare it.Overall, it’s a great purchase, if this one ever dies i’ll probably be buying another one. it comes with batteries so you don’t have to worry about that, too.Syncs to I watch and phone easy and fun to add family as well professional and great product for the costThe scale suddenly stopped syncing with App. Deleted and reinstalled App/ Bluetooth. You have to use the scale with the app that’s made for the scale. The app has to be connected to the scale via Bluetooth (I’ll explain in a second)It’s a little confusing at first to figure the app out but here’s what you doHave your phones Bluetooth onOpen the appTap on the scale with your bare foot (no shoes or socks) until numbers appear then step on the scaleKeep the app open the whole timeStay on the scale until it connects to the Bluetooth on your phone or tablet and then you can let it record your weight and other informationSo the only issue I have with this scale is it did not come with batteries so I had to locate some (who owns batteries anymore lol). Aside from that, everything else is going smoothly.So when you first take the scale out of the box you can see the nice design of the scale. It seems to be made of glass so I would be careful about throwing it around.When you step on the scale it starts to work instantly and takes no time to give you a reading on your body weight. I have not had a chance to try out the mobile part of this scale but I am sure I will use this later especially since I use MyFitnessPal every day.Overall I am happy with this order and the look of the product. Deff better than the 100 plus smart scales.I purchased this scale and was skeptical but I have been using it for a couple of months now and it looks nice setting out. I downloaded the app and like that, it not only measures weight but also Body Water, Body Fat, Bone Mass, BMI, Visceral Fat, BMR and Muscle Mass it tells you in the app where you should be and explains where you should be and how to correct any areas that are outside of the standard. It also graphs your progress. Highly recommend this scaleThe scale is aesthetically pretty nice! It's easy to clean. However, there's been a couple times I've weighed myself barefoot and it still won't get a measurement on the details (body fat, muscle mass, etc). The app is very old and pretty limited in what you can do. It's just there to keep record. Not too bad
