I like the scale itself, it seems that it is very accurate. However, when seeing what the app says after weighing yourself, it can be a little harsh. I can Definitley stand to loose a few pounds (my goal is 20 pounds) however, the app states I am beefy, have extreme over nutrition, obese, and so on. It was surprising to see those kinds of descriptions. I am not obese by any means and the app tells me I should lose over 50 pounds. If I loose 50 pounds I would literally be skin and bones. I think the concept is interesting and overall it’s cool to get more insight than just the weight but I’m not sure how accurate the rest of the results are or what guidelines the app follows for healthy weight standards. Be weary if you aren’t someone who could handle what the app might tell you.
