The Foreo Luna fofo does a great job of cleaning my skin. It's gentle on my skin and does not irritate. I just put a dab of cleanser on it and it gently exfoliates in a timed routine. There's an app that you can download that works with it. It connects via Bluetooth. There are sensors on the fofo that supposedly read the condition of your skin. However, I found the app to be glitchy. It took multiple attempts to get it to even analyze my skin. It would get stuck after the right cheek which is the first spot it scans. I kept restarting it. I finally deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it and that did seem to help. I am still having some glitches, but it eventually does works. The app doesn't really tell you much in my opinion. It keeps track of how many times you cleanse your face using the app. It shows you the steps of our personalized cleansing routine. It's telling me that my face has low moisture and that I've added 2 years to my skin age. The results have not changed since I started using it and I have been meticulously moisturizing both morning and night since I got my first analysis. It also gave me a skin score of 50/100 which has not changed either. Maybe I'm really not improving my skin situation at all, but I feel like I am. I would like to see some suggestions that I could follow that would help improve my skin. One thing I don't like about using the app, and I feel the same way with my Clarisonic Mia Smart is that it's a pain to use because I use the device in the shower. When I am showering, I wash my hair, then add conditioner. While my hair is conditioning, then I wash my face, etc. So to use the app, I have to step out of the shower, drip water everywhere to start the cleansing routine on the app, then return to the shower. I've been getting water everywhere, including my phone! It's a little less awkward in the evening when I'm washing my face at the sink. However, I usually don't take my phone into the bathroom at all! In addition to the fofo, this also included a small tube of day time face cleanser and one of night time cleanser. The tubes are larger than a travel size. The cleansers smell good and do a good job of cleansing. Overall, I really do like the gadget, but the app just seems too much.
