The product promises 16 million colors; I counted them and can confirm there are indeed 16 million colors. What I DO like: the range of brightnesses and colors (including the preset scenes) are great and really fun. I especially loved the reading scene, which was just perfect. Initial wifi/Alexa connection of the bulbs was easy. The problem is that they wouldn't stay connected no matter what I did. One or another of them was constantly going offline and not always the same one. I got these for the little chandelier in my daughter's room to pair with her Alexa, and it was such a pain that we didn't really use them. I returned them and got some that are remote controlled rather than smart bulbs. They don't have the same brightness or color ranges, but they're simpler to use straight out the gate and just work, so she actually uses them. I have other smart bulbs by Sylvania in my home that don't have constant offline issues, so I don't know what's up with these but couldn't find any in this size from Sylvania. It's possible I got an off batch, but I didn't want to go through the headache of trying again when we could just get remote controlled ones.I also found the app that goes with these to be extremely glitchy and not as user-friendly as Sylvania's. I was constantly having to close out and restart the app when it would hang up.As other reviews mentioned, these light bulbs are very difficult to connect to the app or Alexa. I have several other smart light bulbs and have never had so much trouble connecting them, it seems that these have to be super close to the wifi router. These were for a ceiling light fixture so I couldn’t get the wifi router close enough to get it to connect. This rendered them no better than a regular light bulb, but more expensive. Returned.I bought this single bulb for a night lamp I got and at first it worked great, however after a few months it disconnected from the WiFi and I couldn't get it to work again. Also it's a big inconvenience that the network needs to be 2G to work when many other brands don't have that issue.Good smart lights for the value. However not Apple HomeKit compatible so must use the app associated with the product. All and all the features are nice.I like the product!! Its very bright and it changes colors nicely!! One small issue, the Wi-Fi.. It only connects to wifi and I thought it was bluetooth. My room is farthest from the wifi box so I can only use it in the same room it’s in. It’s fine though. On day 1 setup was pretty straightforward, the app worked decently and was able to get all 3 bulbs working in under 20 minutes. After another 20 I had some basic automation setup. It's not very quick to do and gets tedious, but the app is pretty intuitive overall. On day 2 in the evening I checked the app and noticed two of the three bulbs were marked offline. After searching for an answer on google the only solution I could find was disconnecting them and/or resetting them. After resetting the two that weren't working I had to try 4 times to get them to reconnect to the app. In doing so the third bulb stopped working so I had to redo that one as well. Finally, after about an hour I had all 3 bulbs recognized by the app again, though I had to set the name of each one again. The fun continued after that, as since they had all been disconnected I had to redo all of the incredibly tedious automation I had already done once. For me, a relatively simple turn on at sundown, turn off at bedtime, and a color and white light automation had to be completely redone from scratch. If you have a more advanced automation routine, expect to spend well over an hour just getting your bulbs back to functioning normally every few days...assuming you even can.Which brings us to day 5. I check my app in the evening and one bulb wasn't working. I eventually recognize I'm going to have to reconnect it. Once I do, the other 2 bulbs stop responding. So, I reconnect those as well...except the bottom doesn't reconnect. I tried about 8 times to reconnect this bulb and it would not. Another hour wasted and I finally just take them out and package them up.To sum up, I spent about 4 hours on these bulbs over the course of only 5 days owning them. I don't know if the problem is the bulbs themselves or the app, but whichever it is this product is without a doubt the literal worst thing I have ever purchased on Amazon. Not only do the bulbs randomly disconnect for no reason, but when they do all of your automations get effectively reset, and chances are you'll have to play whack-a-mole reconnecting and resetting the bulbs until you manage to get all 3 responding again. Just don't buy these, seriously. It's not worth it.Annoying to set up and is not a 'device'. It conne ts to Alexa as a 'skill' so you aren't able to set it up will with your routines. I like to set my lights up to turn on with my alarms and change colors at sunset. This is not easy to accomplish at all. Wouldn't recommend and Definitely would not purchase again.Lights work as expected. The native app has good color control. I control these mostly through Google Home which has a smaller number of colors, but is more convenient because I can control lights from several manufacturers.I'm so livid at this poorly designed app and it's inability to connect to Alexa.Difficile de trouver des ampoules intelligentes de type chandelle, beaucoup sont Bluetooth , je préfère wifi. Celle-ci requiert 2 applications pour intégration domestique. For the price it was, it was stellar just wish the colours were a little brighter.
