Hello , I own small juice bar and was looking for a blender that works well for acai bowls . Well I must say I enjoy using this blender allowing me to make an bowl within 5 minutes , more important the company stands behind the product which is great . I will continue to enjoy this product and again appreciate the company .This blends all the ingredients together for a true smoothie; no big chunks are left to get stuck in the straw. I no longer need to go to smoothie king because I can make my own.Cones with easy instructions and great recipes to get you started.Notice the height, it will not fit under a typical cabinet. I leave my out and it's not an eye sore because it's a nice looking appliance.So far, I have blended frozen strawberry, frozen blueberries, frozen acai juice and other fresh vegetables and fruits witout any problems. The ingredients come out smooth and very well blended.I would recommend this to anyone wanting to make their own smoothies or any other frozen drinks.Love it only problem i had was the power button came loose during shippingBought 3 for where I work at a hotel and they have been working really well. Makes excellent smoothis in no more than 10 seconds and thats on speed 2 or 3. The only thing I noticed is when turned up to the higher speeds it gives off this burt smell. But other than that no issues and works really well. Also like the fact that the cut is super sized so you can really mix a lot at once. But for the price you can go worng. Just need to start making models with a timer now.Quiet. Fill up the cup turn on an walk away and come back to perfectly blended green smoothie.wish the design made it easier to clean in the outside crannies.This is powerful machine. It work nicely for smoothie. I use it for commercial and need something strong so I spent a little more. The cheap ~$3-40 doesn't suitable. (I got a cheaper one before this one and it died on me within a week... it probably ok with minimum use. I just need something that can run often- Durable). And I didn't want to spent $1000 for blender as well. This is fast, I can walk away and do something else while the machine spin. The cover protector is what I was looking for. If anything, I just wish they have extra blender container sell on amazon.I love everything about this blender EXCEPT for the size. I can’t store it in my cabinet because it’s too high. It’ll probably sit well on my pantry shelf though. Either way, I’d buy it again! This blender outshines my Ninja - hands down!I bought this for the capacity and the power...However, it isn't much better than a cheap entry level blender... It overheats very quickly. I tried blending some fermented hot sauce... Peppers , onions, carrots and garlic that had been fermenting for 2 weeks and had already softened.. it was struggling to get through the veggies.. It overheated after the second blend. Breaker popped on it and that was it for a while. I had to resort to using my old cheap blender to do finish. I doubt it would get through ice if I wanted to make a smoothie. Waste of money for this. Quiet, easy to use, blended decently. But within 2 weeks of use at my smoothie shop they started deteriorating. Buttons falling off, leaving giant chunks unable to blend, and then the blender boxes totally stopped moving all together.I could see this blender being great for at home use but in a commercial setting it simply does not hold up to a vitamix.I bought two different blenders that said they can blend ice, both broke with a few weeks after daily use from blending frozen fruit *eye roll*. I invested in this gem a few months ago and it still works...lol! Don't give this a second thought, just buy it...?Very powerful machine. I use it about once a week to make smoothies/juice with vegetables & fruits. It blends everything in no time!
