Charge your blender for 3 to 4 hours before the first use. The lights turns red while charging and blue once full charged. Cut the fruit into small pieces and do not blend large ice or frozen fruits. Need to add some water or milk whatever you blend. No more than 2/3 of the bottle for food material. Red and blue flashing lights mean your jar isn't aligned with your base. To fix this, the arrow on the jar should line up with the switch on the base. Red flashing lights mean your blender needs to be recharged or that your blades are blocked. Recharge or shake your blender. When the juicer smoothie blender stops working after 40s while you still have not finished the mixing, just simply reboot the machine again.
